Accordingly, there is an ongoing need for prevention and testing services for gay and bisexual men.In addition to gay and bisexual men, African immigrants, African Americans and Latino populations continued to have higher rates of infection, particularly when compared to whites. Statewide rates for African Americans and Latinos were 10 and 5 times greater, respectively, than Caucasians. Rates for the African communities were over 30 times greater than for whites.
